We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Subscriptions

Some products are offered on a subscription basis ("Subscribe & Save"). By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the delivery frequency you select, until you cancel.

You may modify, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us at hello@kindoly.com. Changes or cancellations must be made before your next scheduled billing/renewal date to take effect for that order. Orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under our Refund Policy.

Subscription prices, discounts, and delivery frequencies are subject to change with reasonable notice. We will notify you by email of any material changes to your subscription terms.

6. Pricing and Payment

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
