How long it takes
We ship from our U.S. warehouse in Chicago, so most orders arrive within a few days.
Step 01
1 business day
We pack your order and hand it to the carrier.
Step 02
3–5 business days
Standard delivery once your order ships.
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend start processing the next business day.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We don't ship internationally yet — but we're working on it.
Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. boxes may take a few extra days.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also check the status anytime in your account.
If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 3 business days, email us and we'll look into it.
