HOW KINDOLY BEGAN
The question that changed the answer.

Pet supplements are an easy category to be vague in. We would rather you read this here than work it out from a label.
Formulation
Formulas are developed in the United States by Kindoly LLC. We make two products and no others: Everyday Calm Soft Chews and Everyday Calm Drops. We are not a marketplace and we do not resell other brands.
Manufacturing
Our chews are manufactured at a China-based facility producing to USP test methods, with ingredients sourced globally. Finished stock is then shipped to our U.S. warehouse in Chicago.
Independent testing
Every production batch goes to SGS, an independent third-party laboratory, before it is cleared for sale. Each batch is screened for pathogens (Salmonella, E. coli, S. aureus) and heavy metals (Pb, Cd, As, Hg, Cr). Reports are published with their batch numbers on our Safety & Testing page.
Fulfilment
Orders ship from our fulfilment partner's warehouse in Chicago, Illinois. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days, with free shipping and no minimum order.
